01. Placing your order
Review your bag, apply any discount code, and choose your delivery method at checkout. We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal, Klarna, and all major cards. Orders are processed within 5 working days. Overseas delivery typically takes 1 to 2 weeks (7-16 business days), and delivery details are confirmed in your shipping confirmation email. Once submitted, an order cannot be edited or added to, so it is worth taking a moment to check everything before you confirm.
02. Amending your order
Once confirmed, an order moves straight to production and cannot be amended. If something is not right once it arrives, our returns process covers you, see section 04 below.
03. Cancelling your order
An order cannot be cancelled once confirmed, for the same reason it cannot be amended. If you no longer want it, return it once it arrives rather than cancelling beforehand, this falls under your 14-day statutory cancellation right, covered in full in section 08. Email us to let us know you are cancelling, so we can treat it correctly rather than as a standard return. We refund the standard delivery charge on a full cancellation; express delivery charges are not refunded. Return postage is your responsibility. Made-to-order items may not be eligible, see our FAQ for the full list.
04. Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to return an item, under Yarpa's own returns policy. Separately, UK and EU consumers are guaranteed a 14-day right to cancel under statutory consumer law, regardless of any policy we set (see sections 08 and 09). Our 30-day window is more generous than that legal minimum, and applies on top of it, not instead of it.
To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags attached. Final sale items cannot be returned. Return postage is your responsibility, and we recommend obtaining proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for returns that do not reach us. Rejected returns cannot be reshipped.
05. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued within 14 days, to the original payment method used to place the order.
06. Exchanges
We do not currently hold exchange stock. The quickest way to get a different size or colour is to return your item and place a new order once your return is accepted, so you are not waiting on us to source it.
07. International returns
For orders outside the UK, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
08. UK statutory cancellation right
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, UK consumers have the right to cancel most online orders within 14 days of receiving them, without giving a reason. This is a legal right, separate from and in addition to Yarpa's own 30-day returns policy.
09. EU statutory cancellation right
EU consumers have an equivalent 14-day cancellation right under EU consumer protection law. As with the UK right above, this exists independently of, and does not limit, Yarpa's own returns policy.
