01. These Terms
1.1 What these terms cover. Welcome to www.yarpa.cc (the "website"). We know from our own experience of shopping online that it is important to feel secure and protected, so we go out of our way to make sure that is how you feel when shopping with us too. Our Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) outline everything you need to know to ensure that shopping with us is safe, secure and fair. By using the website, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs, and any orders placed by you are bound by these T&Cs. Please read these terms carefully before you submit your order to us. If you are uncertain about your rights under these T&Cs, or want any explanation about them, please get in touch before you place your order.
1.2 If you would like to place a large wholesale order with us, please get in touch at support@yarpa.cc and we will discuss availability, credit, and payment terms.
02. Information about us and how to contact us
2.1 Who we are. Yarpa is the trading name of Geofreitas LTD, a company registered in England and Wales. Our company registration number is 12819987 and our registered office is at Royal Oak Yard, Larch Court - Flat 201, London SE1 3GB. Our registered VAT number is GB *** **** **.
2.2 How to contact us. If you have any compliments or complaints about our products or services, please email support@yarpa.cc. We try hard to respond to all emails within one working day, but please be patient with us if it gets busy and we take slightly longer.
2.3 How we may contact you. If we need to contact you, we will do so by telephone or by writing to you at the email address or postal address you provided in your order.
2.4 "Writing" includes emails. When we use the words "writing" or "written" in these terms, this includes emails.
03. Our contract with you
3.1 How we will accept your order. Your order is an offer to Yarpa to buy the product(s) in your order. When you place an order, we will send you a message confirming receipt of your order and its details (the "Order Confirmation"). This does not confirm acceptance of your offer, it is an acknowledgement that we have received it. Our acceptance and the conclusion of the sale takes place when we email you to confirm the order has been dispatched, at which point a contract comes into existence between you and us.
3.2 If we cannot accept your order. If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you in writing. This might be because the product is out of stock, because of unexpected limits on our resources which we could not reasonably plan for, because we have identified an error in the price or description of the product, or because we are unable to deliver within a reasonable time-frame due to stock availability.
3.3 Your order number. We will assign an order number to your order and tell you what it is when we receive your order. It will help us if you can tell us the order number whenever you contact us. If you have not received one, please contact us at support@yarpa.cc.
04. Our Products
4.1 Products may vary slightly from their images. The images of the products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that a device's display accurately reflects the colour of the products. Your product may vary slightly from those images. Because each piece is printed to order, sizes, weights, and measurements indicated on our website have a reasonable tolerance of difference.
4.2 Product packaging may vary. The packaging of the product may vary from that shown in images on our website.
05. Delivery & Shipping
5.1 Our delivery process. You can have your order shipped to you via your chosen delivery method.
(a) When you place an item in your shopping basket, you can use our delivery calculator to view the shipping cost before you commit to buy. Please ensure your delivery details, especially the delivery country, are correct.
(b) We will send you an email when your order is dispatched, and we use a signed-for service for many orders, so it is important that someone is available to receive the goods. If this is not possible, we recommend shipping to an alternative address, such as your work, a friend's, or a neighbour's house. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes or packstation addresses. Delivery to hotel addresses is at your own risk, so please state your room number and dates of stay clearly. Delivery times quoted are for guidance only and are not guaranteed. Most deliveries occur between 08.00 and 19.00, and many of our courier services offer an SMS "Predict" notification on the morning of delivery, provided you enter your mobile number, including country dialling code if outside the UK, when placing your order.
(c) Courier notes containing extra delivery information are followed at the discretion of the delivery driver. We use a signed-for service in which the courier is expected to obtain a signature on delivery. If a note expressing alternate delivery instructions is followed and results in a lost parcel, any claim for compensation will be invalidated.
(d) If everything in your order is in stock, we aim to dispatch it within 5 working days. If something is out of stock, we will ship what we have and cancel the rest, notifying you by email.
(e) Once we have accepted your order, we will deliver the goods no later than 30 days from acceptance, unless we have notified you and agreed a longer time-frame.
(f) We are not responsible for delays outside our control. If our supply of the products is delayed by an event outside our control, we will contact you as soon as possible and take steps to minimise the delay's effect. We will not be liable for delays caused by such events, but if there is a risk of substantial delay, you may contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for any products paid for but not received.
These delivery times are for guidance only and are not guaranteed. In some instances, the customs and excise service in your country may apply further charges.
North America, Australia, the Far East and the rest of the world:
Charges are calculated automatically at checkout, based on the overall weight and volume of your order.
International deliveries outside the UK may be subject to customs clearance, including import duty, handling fees, local taxes, and other costs. Yarpa is not responsible for these costs or for any delays caused by customs or other government authorities. Failure to pay these charges will mean your parcel is returned to the UK, in which case your original shipping charges, and any associated return costs, are forfeited. If the cost of return is greater than the value of the order, the whole order is forfeited. Please make sure you understand what process and costs may apply for delivery to your country.
5.4 Damaged, incomplete & undelivered orders:
(a) My order was damaged in transit, what do I do?
We do our best to pack every order thoroughly, but occasionally parcels arrive damaged. Please sign for the parcel as damaged and take clear photos before opening it to inspect the contents. If the contents are damaged or missing, contact us within 5 working days so we can raise a claim with the courier, we will need photographs to progress it. Claims raised after this period may be rejected by the courier. Signing for a parcel as accepted, rather than damaged, means we will not be liable for goods damaged or lost in transit.
(b) I have an item missing from my delivery, what do I do?
First, confirm your parcel was not damaged on receipt, if it was, follow the steps above. Please open every parcel and remove all contents from their packaging before concluding an item is missing. If something is genuinely missing, contact us as soon as possible, we aim to resend it immediately unless the item is out of stock.
(c) Some items are shipped direct from the supplier.
Products shipped separately are clearly marked as such on our website. If your order seems incomplete, check whether it includes one of these items, further parts may be on the way.
(d) Occasionally, our stock records do not match what is actually available.
If this happens when picking your order, we will ship what we do have and cancel the rest, notifying you by email the next day with a full refund for the missing item, and will let you know when it is back in stock.
(e) I've been waiting for my order and it has not arrived, what do I do?
Delays occasionally happen for reasons outside our control, such as weather or courier disruption. Check your tracking number directly with the courier for updates, found in your dispatch confirmation email. If a parcel appears to be missing rather than delayed, an investigation with the courier typically takes up to 10 working days. If you have not received your order after this period from your dispatch confirmation, please get in touch so we can raise it. We are unable to consider claims for items reported lost after this period has passed.
(f) My parcel has not arrived, what do I do?
Occasionally a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, usually for one of the following reasons.
(i) Incorrect address
Please double-check your address carefully when ordering, as we cannot amend it once the parcel has left us. If returned for this reason, we will refund your order less shipping costs and notify you by email. You will need to place a new order.
(ii) Failed delivery attempts
Couriers usually attempt delivery more than once before returning a parcel or leaving it at a local depot. If it is not collected, it comes back to us, refunded less shipping, with an email to confirm.
(iii) Refused delivery
If sending a gift directly to someone, please ensure they are expecting it. A refused parcel is handled the same way, refunded less shipping, with an email to confirm.
(iv) Unpaid customs charges
Handled as described above under international delivery.
(v) Illegible address
If a label becomes illegible in transit and the parcel is returned to us for this reason, we will reship free of charge.
5.5 When you become responsible for the goods. The product(s) ordered become your responsibility from the time we deliver to the address you provided.
5.6 When you own goods. You own the products once we have received payment in full.
5.7 Reasons we may suspend supply. We may suspend supply of a product to deal with technical problems, make minor technical changes, or update the product to reflect changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements.
06. Orders & Returns
6.1 Placing your order
Review your bag, apply any discount code, and choose your delivery method at checkout. We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal, Klarna, and all major cards. Orders are processed within 5 working days. Overseas delivery typically takes 1 to 2 weeks (7-16 business days), confirmed in your shipping confirmation email. Once submitted, an order cannot be edited or added to, so it is worth checking everything before you confirm.
6.2 Amending your order
Once confirmed, an order moves straight to production and cannot be amended. If something is not right once it arrives, our returns process covers you, see 6.4 below.
6.3 Cancelling your order
An order cannot be cancelled once confirmed, for the same reason it cannot be amended. If you no longer want it, return it once it arrives rather than cancelling beforehand, this falls under your 14-day statutory cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (see section 8). Email us to let us know you are cancelling, so we can treat it correctly rather than as a standard return. We refund the standard delivery charge on a full cancellation, express delivery charges are not refunded. Return postage is your responsibility. Made-to-order items may not be eligible, see our FAQ for the full list.
6.4 Returns You have 30 days from delivery to return an item, under Yarpa's own returns policy, on top of the 14-day statutory cancellation right guaranteed to UK and EU consumers (see section 8). Our 30-day window is more generous than the legal minimum and applies alongside it, not instead of it.
To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags attached. Final sale items cannot be returned. Return postage is your responsibility, and we recommend obtaining proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for returns that do not reach us. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receipt, to the original payment method.
6.5 Exchanges We do not currently hold exchange stock. The quickest way to get a different size or colour is to return your item and place a new order once your return is accepted, so you are not waiting on us to source it.
07. Price & Payment
7.1 Where to find the price for the product. The price of the product (including VAT) is the price shown on the order pages when you place your order. We take reasonable care to ensure prices are correct, see 7.3 for what happens if we discover an error.
7.2 We will pass on changes in the rate of VAT. If VAT changes between your order date and the date we supply the product, we will adjust the rate you pay, unless you have already paid in full before the change takes effect.
7.3 What happens if we got the price wrong? If a product is incorrectly priced, and its correct price is lower than stated, we will charge the lower amount. If the correct price is higher, we will contact you for instructions before accepting your order.
7.4 When you must pay and how you must pay. Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal, Klarna, and all major cards.
7.5 Klarna payment method. To offer Klarna's payment methods, we may pass your contact and order details to Klarna at checkout, so they can assess whether you qualify and tailor the option to you. Your data is processed in line with Klarna's own privacy notice.
08. Your right to end the contract
8.1 You can always end your contract with us. Your rights depend on what you have bought, whether anything is wrong with it, and when you decide to end the contract.
(a) If what you have bought is faulty or mis-described, you may have a legal right to end the contract, or to have it repaired, replaced, or refunded.
(b) You may end the contract because of something we have done or told you we are going to do.
(c) If you have simply changed your mind, you may be entitled to a refund as outlined in section 6, subject to any deductions, and you will need to pay the cost of returning the goods.
8.2 Ending the contract because of something we have done or are going to do. If ending the contract for a reason below, it ends immediately and we will refund you in full for anything not yet provided, you may also be entitled to compensation:
(a) We have told you of an error in the price or description and you do not wish to proceed.
(b) Supply may be significantly delayed by events outside our control.
(c) We have suspended, or told you we will suspend, supply for technical reasons for more than 30 days.
(d) You have a legal right to end the contract because of something we have done wrong.
8.3 Exercising your right to change your mind
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, UK consumers have the right to cancel most online orders within 14 days of receiving them, without giving a reason. This right exists separately from, and in addition to, Yarpa's own 30-day returns policy described in section 6.4. EU consumers have an equivalent 14-day cancellation right under EU consumer protection law, which applies in the same way, independently of our own returns policy.
8.4 When you don't have the right to change your mind. This right does not apply to:
When you don't have the right to change your mind. This right does not apply to:
(a) Some products which cannot be cancelled or refunded, such as made-to-order items, see our FAQ for the full list.
(b) Products sealed for health protection or hygiene purposes, once unsealed.
(c) Sealed audio or video recordings, once unsealed.
(d) Products that become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
8.5 How long do I have to change my mind? You have 14 days from the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods to exercise this statutory right, or, if your order is split into multiple deliveries, 14 days from the day you receive the last delivery. This is distinct from the separate 30-day window under Yarpa's own returns policy described in section 6.4.
09. How to end the contract with us
9.1 Tell us you want to end the contract. Contact us by email at support@yarpa.cc, with your name, address, order number, order details, and, where available, your phone number.
9.2 Returning products after ending the contract. If you end the contract after products have been dispatched or received, you must return them to us, email support@yarpa.cc for arrangements. If exercising your right to change your mind, send the goods back within 14 days of telling us you wish to end the contract.
9.3 When we will pay the costs of return. We pay return costs if the products are faulty, mis-described, or the order was incorrectly fulfilled, or if you are ending the contract due to a change we told you about, a pricing or description error, a delay outside our control, or a legal right arising from something we did wrong. In all other circumstances, including exercising your right to change your mind, you pay the cost of return.
9.4 How we will refund you. We refund the price you paid, including delivery costs, using the method you used to pay, subject to any deductions described below.
9.5 Deductions from refunds if you are exercising your right to change your mind. We may reduce your refund (excluding delivery costs) to reflect any reduction in value caused by handling the goods beyond what would be permitted in a shop, see section 6.4 for what handling is and is not acceptable. The maximum refund for delivery costs is the cost of our least expensive delivery method.
9.6 When your refund will be made. We will refund you as soon as possible, and within 14 days of receiving the product back, or of receiving evidence that you have sent it back, whichever is earlier.
10. Our Rights to end the Contract
10.1 We may end the contract if you break it. We may end the contract for a product at any time by writing to you, if you do not, within a reasonable time, allow us to deliver it.
11. If there is a problem with the product
11.1 How to tell us about problems. Please email us at support@yarpa.cc.
11.2 Summary of your legal rights. We are under a legal duty to supply products that conform to this contract. See the summary below for your key legal rights. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights.
11.3 Your obligation to return rejected products. If exercising your legal right to reject products, post them back to us, or, if unsuitable for posting, allow us to collect them. We pay the cost of postage or collection unless you are returning goods for another reason, email support@yarpa.cc for arrangements.
